Rule 66A
Passing partial checks
(1) If the importer wants to take the goods mentioned in the same invoice kept in the customs warehouse without passing the inspection at once but partially passing the inspection, he can make an application to the customs officer.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the customs officer shall partially pass the goods inspection by charging a fee for the amount of the goods to be inspected, except if there is any reason why it cannot be partially inspected.
(3) If any of the goods mentioned in the same invoice to be imported is found to be unable to be imported after testing in the laboratory, the customs officer shall charge the duty of the goods other than such goods and pass the inspection.
